Holly L. Thacker, MD

Holly L. Thacker, MD is nationally known for her leadership in women’s health. She is the founder of the Cleveland Clinic Women’s Health Fellowship and is currently the Professor and Director of the Center for Specialized Women’s Health at Cleveland Clinic and Lerner College of Medicine at Case Western Reserve University.

Her special interests are menopause and related medical problems including osteoporosis, hormone therapy, breast cancer risk assessment, menstrual disorders, female sexual dysfunction and interdisciplinary women’s health. She is the author of Women’s Health: Your Body, Your Hormones, Your Choices and Cleveland Clinic Guide to Menopause.

Leigh Klekar

Leigh Klekar is the Speaking of Women’s Health’s Podcast Producer and Online Marketing Manager. She has been working with the Speaking of Women's Health team for more than 10 years.

Prior to joining the Speaking of Women's Health team, Leigh worked at the Alzheimer's Association as a Development Director and a Marketing Manager at the Adcom Group. 

She earned her Bachelor's of Science in Journalism from the Ohio University as well as a Minor in Dance, Spanish and Marketing. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and living the Speaking of Women's Health motto Be Strong, Be Healthy, Be in Charge!

Eva Saulnier

Eva C. Saulnier is an attorney in KJK’s Family Law practice, where she represents individuals and families in all aspects of domestic relations, including divorce, dissolution, property division, support matters and custody matters. Eva holds law degrees from the United States and France.

She has extensive experience navigating complex marital estates, including business interests, investment properties, separate property disputes and uncovering hidden or misappropriated assets.

Beyond family law, Eva also handles a broad range of civil litigation matters, including business disputes, contract issues and asset recovery.

Eva enjoys playing golf with her husband. A former Division I student-athlete and member of the French national golf team, she also has a deep love of classical music and is a classically trained harpsichordist, having studied at the Conservatoire Francis Poulenc in Tours, France.
